These pages apply to purchases from SHORTLISTED (shortlisted.siyonglobal.com), a product of Siyon Global, a brand of Siyon Group LLP, [REGISTERED ADDRESS], India. Contact: sales@siyonglobal.com.

By buying or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't buy or use them.

1. What we sell

We sell digital products for job seekers, starting with "SHORTLISTED: The Recruiter's Job Search Toolkit", a bundle of two PDF files and one Excel file, delivered as a download.

2. Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Instamojo. We do not see or store your card or bank details. When you complete a payment, you enter a binding agreement to buy the product at the listed price.

3. Your licence to use the files

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own job search. You may not share, resell, upload, copy or distribute the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content, including text, templates, designs and the Siyon Global name and logo, remains the property of Siyon Group LLP.

4. No guarantee of results

Our products give general career guidance based on recruitment experience. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any specific result. Examples in our products use made-up names and illustrative numbers.

5. Your responsibilities

Please give accurate details at checkout (name, email and phone) so we can deliver your purchase. You are responsible for how you use the guidance, and for making sure anything you send to employers is true and accurate.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue quickly.
