Digital product

SHORTLISTED is a digital product that is delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can be downloaded and kept straight away, we do not normally offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

When we will help or refund you

Please email us within 7 days of your purchase if:

• the files did not download or did not reach your email,
• a file is corrupted or will not open, or
• you were charged twice for the same purchase.

We will first try to fix the problem by sending you working files. If we can't fix it, we will give you a full refund.

How to request help

Email sales@siyonglobal.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and your payment ID or receipt.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time it takes to show in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

Because delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.
